Financing & insurance

The plans, the programs, the gap-bridging.

Most BFC patients pay through coverage. This page covers what we accept, the financing programs we run for the gap between coverage and cost, and the third-party benefits we coordinate. For line-item prices, see the pricing page.

Insurance

In-network with the major commercial plans in the region.

Mandate states (RI, MA, CT, NH) often require employer-sponsored plans to include some fertility coverage. Our financial coordinator runs a benefits check before your first appointment so you know what is covered and what is not.

Looking for line-item prices?

Every fee, in writing, on one page.

The pricing page itemizes self-pay rack rates for IVF, IUI, egg freezing, donor cycles, every add-on (ICSI, PGT-A/M, FET, anesthesia, storage), and the Shared Risk multi-cycle programs.

Payment options

Programs for the gap between coverage and cost.

  • BFC multi-cycle program

Bundled rates for two- and three-cycle IVF, with refunds if no live birth results. See the Shared Risk programs on the pricing page for the specific tiers.

  • Third-party financing

We work with two healthcare-specific lenders for low-rate, fixed-term financing. Pre-qualification is a soft credit check and takes about ten minutes.

  • Employer benefits coordination

If your employer offers a fertility benefit through Progyny, Carrot, Maven, or a similar provider, our coordinator handles the prior-authorization and billing on your behalf.

  • Onco-fertility financial assistance

We waive consultation fees for oncology referrals and partner with Livestrong Fertility and the Heart Beat Program for medication and cycle assistance.
