After the cycle, pregnant or not
Pregnancy support to 10 weeks, a structured handoff to your obstetrician, or a clear-eyed conversation about what we learned and what to do next.
If your cycle results in pregnancy, we follow you with bloodwork and ultrasound through 10 weeks. At that point we hand you off to your obstetrician with a written summary of the cycle and the early pregnancy. Most patients use their existing OB; if you do not have one we will recommend.
If your cycle was not successful, we do not let you leave with only the result. We sit down with you within two weeks to walk through what we learned — what responded as expected, what surprised us, what that suggests about whether to repeat, change protocol, or change approach.
There is no script for the unsuccessful cycle conversation. It is a hard appointment to have. We try to make it specific, honest, and unhurried.
