Dr. Marcus Avalos, MD
Marcus co-founded BFC with Sarah in 2019. Before that he was on faculty at NYU Langone, where he ran the male-factor clinic and built out the onco-fertility programme.
He sees the rapid-turnaround onco-fertility patients personally, and is the lead on most of the practice's reciprocal-IVF and donor-coordination cycles. His public-facing writing makes a regular case that infertility care should not assume a heteronormative household structure.
